So a director wanted to see if I could box and hit mitts, so a couple of the guys at Werdum Combat Team helped me throw this together after we did jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai. Thanks to my striking coach Andrew Hagar, DP David Farkas and edited by Alex Huynh. They all stayed after training to help.

Just a quick vlog of my first few weeks here in beautiful Wilmington NC. I can’t show anything of the film…it’s just some places I’ve gotten to go to! More to come soon
A correction. It is Sam Hargrave not Sean Hargrave who was Joel’s Stunt Double and Fight Choreographer.
Hi Everyone! I’m proud to say that Bunraku is finally coming out. I had a great time working on this film with some of my best friends. I hope you go out and support it. Special thank you to Clay Barber, Guy Moshe and Keith Calder for making it happen…Ferny
For those of you going to Comic-con my buddies Tom Hardy and Joel Edgerton will be at the Lionsgate booth from 1-2 p.m. on Friday, July 22. The duo will be there to support the fighting drama Warrior where I play the character Fenroy and also helped fight choreograph. If you are there pass by and say “Hi”
Hey this is the last vblog I held up until the release of the film since it has spoilers. Enjoy!

Here’s a short video of Week 3 on Fast Five in Puerto Rico. I didn’t post it earlier cause it had spoiler BTS. Bu there it is now since the films already been released and thank you to everyone who has gone out to watch it. Love y’all!
I had the pleasure last week to attend the premiere of Fast Five at the LA Asian Pacific Film Fest. Here’s a little clip from the opening night. Hope you enjoy and I apologize cause I’m not used to being interviewed.
Check out the new trailer. I put my heart n’ soul into this film for the past two years. I play the character Fenroy. I was also one of the fight choreographers and fight trainers with my Reel Kick brother Sam Hargrave. Other homies in the movie were Danny Stevens and Jace Jeanes. All of us played characters in the movie thanks to Gavin O’Connor and Anthony Tambackis. I’ve always said that all I wanted to do was make a movie I was proud of. I sacrificed my stunt career and alienated many people because I believed in my choices and the movie when others did not. It really taught me a huge lesson about the business and friendships. But two years later and after being involved with the film and the good people involved with it I find comfort that I did what was right to make a good movie. Thank God cause otherwise had I left the choice in another’s hands you might have had another “Never Back Down” but not this time. Not on my watch…I hope you enjoy it! “Be true to yourself”…I know what that means now.
