Holy Moly Batman!

Hi Everyone…

Wow sorry it’s been so long since I’ve posted anything new. I apologize. I’ve just been swamped with projects and stuff. Well I am preparing a little vblog of my trip to Dallas where I visited my little (younger) brother. I was out there just for the weekend and it was so much fun. I also have some footage of my latest tattoo that I’ll post. Last week I was action directing an industrial commercial for Guerilla Air. My friend Rich King from Team Tempest (One of the top free-running teams in the US) asked me to help out because he was the stunt coordinator. It was such a fun project but due to some technical and hardware difficulties I haven’t been able to edit the footage yet. But this coming weekend is a full-on editing weekend for me so I will have a new vblog up, probably montaging everything that has been going on since March all-in-one. So I hope the summer has been great to everyone so far and look forward to a new post probably late next week. Till then…hugs Ferny

My fitness Guru…Sebastien Boucher

Hi Everyone!

Boy, 2010 has turned out to be a whirlwind! I know I haven’t put up a vblog lately. I’ve been really focused on my training and classes. In the new year I started training my good friend Anthony Tambackis and in 7 weeks he has lost 17lbs. I’ve also been training hard with the Werdum Combat Team. The head coach Fabricio Werdum has been pushing me and it’s been paying off. I’ve also been busy going to improv classes at the Groundlings Theater. It’s one of the top improv comedy schools in LA and I’m NOT a natural. Slowly but surely I am beginning to figure it all out. Perseverance is the key to all success.

Well I’ve received numerous comments on training tips and diet suggestions. I’d love to answer all your questions but I have to admit it’s not my area of expertise and can’t take the credit for my fitness. Back in college I had a training partner and his name is Sebastien Boucher. I have to give credit where credit is due and I’d have to say 80% of everything I do fitness-wise is due to him. I also didn’t want to give you guys inaccurate information so I spoke to him and he offered his help. You can visit his website at www.radicaleating.com or www.labatcave.com

If you have just general questions he is the best person to ask. Good luck!

Happy New Year!

Hi everyone…

Thanks for checking out my page and blogs etc. Well I’ve been busy this year back in improv classes at Groundlings and taking a writing course. Hopefully I’ll have some fun new projects out this year. I’m also playing a small part on NCIS: LA as Bobby Tang in the episode “Chinatown”.

Some news about Warrior. It will be previewing at the Toronto International Film Festival in September this year then premiering in theaters the following week around Sept. 17th, 2010. Also Red Dawn will be released tentatively for Thanksgiving and I am also hoping Bunraku will come out sometime this summer.

Well the weather out here in Venice has cleared up though it hasn’t warmed up. Still that hasn’t stopped people from heading out to the beach. It’s funny cause people who live here are all bundled up in jackets but tourists are out in shorts and t-shirts! LOL I’d be the same way if I came from the snowy sub-zero weather elsewhere.

Well I’d love to write more but the Colts are playing the Jets and I need to watch my man Peyton light it up! Have a great weekend and Happy New Year!
